Climate: The northern half of the Nothern Territory experiences distinct wet (October to May) and dry (June to September) seasons with high and low humidity respectively. Average yearly temperatures range from 19ºC to 34ºC. The southern areas of the Northern Territory experiences desert summers and winters with average yearly temperatures varying between 2ºC and 36ºC.

Time Zone: The Northern Territory is in the Australian Central Standard Time zone.

Daylight Saving: Clocks go forward one hour on the last Sunday in October and go back one hour on the last Sunday in March.
